REFUND POLICY

We work very hard to ensure that we always get your order right the first time. If you are having issues with a product or services, there may be other options before you return it:

Brosheild offers its new clients a very simple and effective “One-Email” refund policy. If for any reason/s you choose to cancel your annual support service agreement, you will need to write an email to support@brosheild.us with a detailed reason for your cancellation request. We have a thirty days money back policy with the following terms and conditions.

Amount only on subscription-based Service will be refunded. For this, you have to claim within 30 calendar days of subscribing the plan.

In some cases, the services may not be successful because the problem may be beyond our ability to fix remotely. If a person has purchased a subscription-based plan, then the following warranty applies: if we are not able to answer your query or fix your technology problem and you have fulfilled all of your responsibilities in these Terms & Conditions, we will not charge you any fee for an individual service. The refund may be delivered at the sole discretion of Brosheild LLC. A partial refund, if issued, will be determined by subtracting the number of service hours provided at $49.95 per session from customer payments. All requests for the refund process shall be made via a written notice to the Brosheild LLC billing department at support@brosheild.us.

NON-REFUNDABLE
Non-refundable items: the full retail value of the service and/or non-refundable item will be deducted from the refund amount. When a bundle (Service with 3rd Party Hardware OR Software) is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount/offer is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund. The amount of the software and the hardware at the rate of the full retail value will be deducted from your refund amount.

DISCLAIMERS
Brosheild LLC does not warranty that the service is free of errors or mistakes or represent that those defects or limitations in the service will be corrected. Brosheild LLC does not warrant or represent that the service shall be available continuously. Certain extenuating circumstances may cause the service to be interrupted, so Brosheild LLC does not provide any remedies for such service interruptions. In addition, Brosheild LLC provides no remedies for any loss of data resulting from use of the service. By subscribing to the service, customers should acknowledge that they accept these disclaimers.

FRAUDULENT INFORMATION POLICY
We take fraud seriously. If you are purchasing products by a false name or with the use of any invalid credit card then it will be categorized as a crime. (An invalid credit card is one that is created for the sole purpose of purchasing items illegally or using a credit card or its information, via theft or unauthorized use). Misusing the chargeback process to take advantage of merchants is also illegal. If you are a victim of fraud or if you are a perpetrator, be aware that we will actively pursue and prosecute fraud offenders to the fullest extent of the law.
