Acceptance of Terms
By requesting services with Brosheild LLC, you have read as well as accepted the Terms & Conditions covering Brosheild LLC services. All these Terms & Conditions (“Terms AND Conditions”) state important requirements regarding your use of Brosheild LLC’s Online Computer Support Service and your relationship with us.Services
(Each service is counted as a single (separate) incident service):- Set-up internet connection, fault repair, Brosheild LLC browser, and speed up.
- Providing computer security through setup and installation of antivirus and anti-spyware, elimination of viruses and spyware, configuration of firewalls, and setup of data backup.
Agreements
- You must be 16 years or above to use the service.
- A single account is limited to access only the defined number of computers in the agreement. Additional computers require separate support purchase.
- Brosheild LLC will provide services only for issues and software explicitly mentioned on our webpage. We are not legally responsible for other software or issues.
- Our services are available via call, chat, or email only. On-site service is not included.
- Brosheild LLC is not responsible for hardware-related issues (computers, printers, servers, routers, wireless devices, etc.).
- No warranty is provided on hardware or software covered under support plans. Replacement or standby parts are not included.
- You are accountable for maintaining security of your computer including usernames and passwords.
- Do not share usernames or passwords with support professionals. If accidentally shared, change the password immediately. Brosheild LLC is not responsible for data theft if credentials are shared.
- We constantly monitor all remote sessions requested by you.

Refers to the individual, including any employer on whose behalf you act.Limited Warranty
Services may not succeed if the problem is beyond our ability to fix remotely. If you purchase an Individual Service and we cannot fix your problem despite your compliance with these Terms, we will not charge for the Individual Service. If you experience an issue after service, call us within five days and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to fix it free of charge. If unsuccessful, we will refund your fees for that Individual Service. No other warranties are provided. We disclaim all warranties for community and third-party content on the website.Use of Software, Hardware and Tools
- Brosheild LLC requires downloading software to diagnose and fix issues. This includes:
- Software that provides device system information.
- Software allowing remote control of your device.
- Utilities and tools to improve performance.
- Use of all Brosheild LLC and third-party software/tools is subject to authorization agreements.
- Trial software may expire after a certain time (typically 30 days) unless purchased.
- Software is for use only with the Services.
Non-Refundable Items
- Full retail value of services and/or non-refundable items will be deducted from any refund.
- If a bundle (Service + 3rd Party Hardware/Software) is partially returned, the bundle discount is void and deducted from the refund.
- We will not accept the below-mentioned items for return (please specify if needed).
Modifications to the Services
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to modify, terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, including content, software, features, or availability. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such modifications.Termination
We reserve the right to cease providing services at any time. Your sole remedy will be a refund for services paid for but not rendered after termination. No refund will be provided if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your account and all related information may be deactivated or deleted, and access to services barred.Validity of Plans
- We offer a variety of support options tailored to customer needs.
- Plans are available as an individual or company representative, valid for a set tenure (one-month or six-month plans).
- Single incident plans are valid for 30 days.
- Post-sales support is only available for separately purchased multiple incident plans.
- All tech support incidents must be used before plan expiry.
- Prices, configurations, and availability of third-party products may change.
- Third-party software is licensed to you by respective owners; you must agree to their terms before installation.
- Brosheild LLC has no responsibility or rights over third-party software.
Exclusions from Services
Services do NOT include:- Activities/items not covered by the Plan Order.
- Service beyond the time limits of the Plan Order.
- Diagnosis/support that cannot be completed due to hardware or configuration issues beyond our control.
- Software or operating systems not covered under the plan.
- Problems caused by:
- Abuse, accident, misuse, or electrical issues.
- Failure to follow product instructions or preventive maintenance.
- Using incompatible accessories or parts.
- Non-compliance with technician instructions.
